Please wear a mask when entering our reception.
All customers will be given a 30 minute appointment to drop off and collect. This is to prevent multiple people arriving at the same time. Please adhere to this appointment slot as it’s for you and you only and contact us as soon as possible if you need to re arrange your appointment. Please do not just show up at the cattery.
Upon arriving please enter the reception area and press the doorbell and place you cat or cats on the table provided.
At this point I will open the window to take any details from yourself that I need. If and when possible please pay by bank transfer and email your cats vaccination card to us.
Once the reception is empty I will collect your cat from the table and place them in their cabin for their stay.
Sadly, there is no admittance past reception at this time and only one customer is to enter reception.
There is Safe4 hand gel in reception for you to use if needed.
Your pets carrier will be wiped down on retrieval and again on your collection with Safe4 disinfectant, which is proven affective against Coronavirus, and a pet friendly coat wipe will be used on your pet so they can receive the love and cuddles they are used to with us
Unfortunately, the Canine and Feline Sector Group and DEFRA have advised us not to permit any soft furnishings into the cattery, only plastic hard toys. Please don’t worry, we have plenty of beds blankets and vet bed to keep your cat comfortable.
Food and medication is permitted.
I hope you understand the changes that we’ve had to make. Our priority is keeping you safe and ourselves so we can continue to provide the care we always have done in the past and look after your pets whilst you go catch up with family and friends or go abroad for a much needed break!
